GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES

SERVICE DISRUPTIONG-NET does not guarantee uninterrupted service and SLA. We will not and cannot be responsible for any disruption of Internet connectivity due to power outages, network faults or other unexpected damages to distribution equipment, G-NET equipment malfunction or weather conditions, wars, strikes, accidents, terrorist acts, sabotage, governmental prohibitions, embargo, change, disruption or damage to the public fixed telecommunications network or to the telecommunications networks of third parties, court decisions, and generally any causes for which the Company is not responsible. All Internet service is provided on an "as it is" and "as available" basis. G-NET does not guarantee any loss of service time, transmission errors, connectivity or quality of service. The customer acknowledges and agrees that the service is not intended to be, and will not be used as, your primary or “life-line” telecommunications service. INSTALLATION AND REINSTALLATIONThe customer authorizes G-NET or its contractor(s) to install the necessary wiring and Customer  Premises Equipment (CPE) required for wireless Internet service on the premises specified by the customer at the time of installation. The standard installation includes the mounting of an antenna and CPE, a wireless transceiver on the outside/or on the roof of the house and/or building. Any requests for custom installation work will require additional charges by our contractor(s). G-NET and its contractor(s) will not be liable for any alterations to customer’s premises that result from the installation or removal of the CPE and/or wiring including any holes in walls, cable wiring or antenna mounting brackets; although great care will be used to make the installations reasonably appealing and tidy.OBSTRUCTIONS and LINE OF SIGHTWireless Internet communications is dependent on the clear Line of Sight to the Access Point (AP), which is the pointed where the wireless connects to our broadband POP (Point of Presence). G-NET will make every reasonable effort to provide our customer with the best service possible. Unfortunately, some locations could experience changes in service due to seasonal changes, i.e. spring and summer foliage, new buildings ,trees, which in turn affects the line of sight to the AP. G-NET will make every reasonable effort to relocate or realign the  CPE .However G-NET cannot prevent Line of Sight problems, and therefore cannot guarantee service or be liable for any loss of service. USE OF SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISKThe customer is solely responsible for the content of communications on the Internet. The service provided by G-NET is “as is” and at your own risk. G-NET denies any responsibility for the accuracy of information obtained through the service. The transmission of data over an Internet connection is subject to errors, delays, and interruptions. Restricting access for minors is the responsibility of the parent or guardian. Customer must abide by the Law of GDPR and all other applicable laws, including the transmission of obscene material, child pornography, defamatory language, or any activity that could be considered as illegal nature. G-Net shall not be responsible for the security of your personal information on your devices. G-Net shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the user's data, software or hardware configuration changes, security, and data files associated with the use of wireless Internet access. Customer can upload and download files to their personal devices without limit of traffic.G-Net does not accept responsibility for any damage caused by Viruses, Trojans, Worms or any other malicious software on the Customer's device through our wireless Internet access. Users are strongly recommended to have an updated anti-virus software on their personal devices. INDEMNIFICATIONCustomer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless G-NET, it's owner(s), partner(s) and contractor(s) against all losses, liabilities, judgments, awards and costs (including legal fees and expenses) arising out of or relating to any and all claims and/or losses accruing or resulting from the installation of service, equipment, materials or supplies in connection with the performance of this agreement, to any and all customers and/or any other person, firm, organization or corporation. CUSTOMER EQUIPMENTG-NET is not responsible for lose, stole or physical damage of the installed equipment outdoor and indoor. G-Net maintain and supporting equipment owned by the customer under its limited warranty by manufacturer and is not liable for any damages to the customer’s  CPE or other equipment.

​Terms Of Service1. G-NET Wireless and Fiber Internet SERVICE Provider (G-NET) represented by N.M.E.S GIGANET HOTSPOTS LTD provides its customers a high-speed wireless/fiber Internet connection, which we refer to as the “SERVICE”. G-NET may modify the Terms and Conditions of this agreement at any time. The most current Terms and Conditions can be found at www.g-netfiber.com. The prices for SERVICE are subject to change. Current prices and payment options can be found on our website at www.g-netfiber.com/payment The term “Customer” refers to any paying, contracted (under this SERVICE Agreement) individual, organization or business using the G-NET SERVICE. 2. G-NET Internet service is provided as PrePaid monthly subscription for the 30 days billing period. The customer can choose or change service at the end of the billing period by informing us by email to info@g-netfiber.com. 3. G-NET will invoice its customers on the date of installation for the equipment delivery and installation and the fee for the first agreed period of services. Payment is made as an advance payment. The payment is due after 30 days and customer is responsible for payment in order to keep connection alive. Upon receiving the payment corresponding to this agreement, service will last for the agreed prepaid period of time 30 days. Before expiration of prepaid time customers will received 2 SMS notices (3 & 1 day) before expiration date, if the payment fails service will be interrupted without any additional notices. As soon the Customer will prepay for the selected period of time services will be restored. If customer will leave Fiber Service unpaid for more than 15 days G-Net is eligible to terminate it without any additional notice.  4. If the customer is wishing to cancel service must submit a cancellation request with the reason of the cancellation in writing to info@g-netfiber.com 15 days before . G-NET will not refund any "set-up" or "installation". The customer will continue to be liable under these Terms and Conditions as well as the service agreement for all fees and charges until such time as the service agreement has been properly terminated or we have acknowledged such termination in writing. In case of (e.g. stolen equipment or late bill payment,temporary suspension of service) customer must inform G-Net in writing to info@g-netfiber.com  otherwise the service will continue to be charged. 5.The quoted prices include VAT. 6.The proper use policy as determined by the N.M.E.S GIGANET HOTSPOTS LTD located in www.g-netfiber.com website, provides that the G-NET packages offered for interpersonal communication and only for private, personal use of the service. Under no circumstances may they be used for the purpose of gaining or reselling the service.
